What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Just Interval application (the “Application”) is provided by Kynest (“Service Provider”) as a Freemium mobile app and is intended for use “AS IS”. The Application does not obtain any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Since the Application does not collect any information, there is no data shared with third parties.

File Upload Feature

The Application includes a feature that allows users to upload files from their devices. When using this feature:

• The Application may collect and store the files you select.
• These files are used only within the app for its core functionality.
• They are not shared with third parties, except as required to provide the service or comply with law.

Application Sharing Feature

The Application includes a sharing option that lets you recommend or share the app with others.

• No personal information is collected when using this feature.
• Sharing is performed by you directly via email, messaging apps, or social media.

What are my opt-out rights?

You may stop all data collection (if any) by uninstalling the Application. Use the standard uninstall procedure on your device or through the app marketplace.

Children

The Application is not intended to knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise their children’s use of mobile apps.

The Service Provider is committed to protecting your privacy. However, since no personal information is collected, there is no risk of data leakage or unauthorized access from our end.
