1. Use of the Application

The Just Interval app (the “Application”) is provided by Kynest (“Service Provider”) for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Application. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. Users under 18 may require parental or guardian consent for use.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content in the Application—such as designs, logos, text, and code—is the property of the Service Provider or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reproduce any part of the Application without written permission.

3. File Upload Feature

The Application allows you to upload files from your device. Uploaded files are stored only for the purpose of using the app’s features and are not shared with third parties, unless legally required or necessary for core functionality.

4. Sharing Feature

The Application allows you to share the app with others via email, messaging apps, or social media. No personal information is collected or transmitted when using the sharing feature.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. The Service Provider may restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Application is provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from use of the Application. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the Application implies acceptance of any changes.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Legal disputes will be handled in the Seoul Central District Court.
