1. App Usage

This app ("Kound") is provided by Kynest Studio for personal and non-commercial use only. Users must be at least 13 years old to use the app. Minors may require parental or guardian consent to access paid features. Users must not modify, reverse-engineer, or hack the app or any part of its contents.

2. Content & Intellectual Property

All content in the app (text, audio, images, learning materials, etc.) is protected by copyright and belongs to Kynest Studio or the rightful copyright holders. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without prior written consent.

3. In-App Purchases

Some features or content may require a one-time in-app purchase. Payments are processed via the official in-app purchase systems of Google Play or Apple App Store, depending on your platform. All purchases are final. Refunds follow the policies of the platform provider (Google or Apple). Parental consent may be required for in-app purchases made by minors.

4. Changes to the Service and Terms

Kynest Studio may update the app or these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your agreement to the updated Terms.

5. Restrictions and Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if users violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the app.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
